Google's Nest Lab is buying Dropcam for $555 million, the companies announced on Friday.

Both the companies are manufactures for home market. Nest Labs the company which was acquired by Google this year for $3 billion produces connected thermostats and smoke detectors, while Dropcam gives you wifi-enabled home security cameras. 

The reports comes from, the Wall Street Journal that the deal to be made in all cash. Founder of Nest Matt Rogers says in blog post about the deal and also tells how did he spent time looking at camera companies and technologies.

Dropcam customers can use their existing accounts to buy products as it will continuing selling products on their website.

Google's Nest to Acquire Dropcam for $555 Million


The new and latest thing from the company suggested, Microsoft to bring the new Nokia X device early this week. 

Nokia X will run on a special version of Android. A post according to Nokia's Conversation blog published gives a title "Green With Envy" that gives a hint of a new product coming out, it also explains in the post "Summer brings out our inner glow... stay tuned to Conversation to find out what we've got in store. 

Nokia's Conversation blog has also shows the count down until Tuesday morning. According to rumors the next or second-generation Nokia X handset is set to have a 4.3-inch screen, 1GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor and comes with a 5 mega-pixel rear facing camera, reports from BGR India which detailed about the device.

Drone flying is awesome what do you think, check out the video by Low Altitude films using GoPro camera attached to a drone captures a yacht in San Diego, California which went up into flames on Thursday.

The news was reported by ABC affiliate site 10News, that a yacht caught fire which was reported before 9:20 a.m. at shipyard Marine Group Boat Works. As seen in the video the $24 million yacht named "Polar Bear".



The news also includes nobody was injured and 100 workers were evacuated from the site. Still its unclear about the exact cause of fire.

Amazon's launches it's new much-hyped Fire Phone a smartphone on Wednesday and got a lot of attention.

Facebook is Down Returns Back After 30-Minute Outage

Facebook had been affected today it took 30-minute for the social network web and mobile app come back.

As we were on the Facebook web after a refresh the site greeted with a message which said "Sorry Something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can, check the image below.



The issue has been resolved quickly and now it's 100 per cent working according to a Facebook spokesperson told to CNET.

The last time when Facebook was outage, was in February 2014, due to technical issue.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S5, and now brings an upgraded variant for its flagship smartphone in Korea.

Need to Know:-

The Galaxy S5 LTE-A, comes with a 5.1-inch super-crisp QHD resolution 2560x1440 pixel, and pixel density around 557 ppi. It also features Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with 3GB of RAM it's the same as the original Galaxy S5, but includes Android 4.4 and 16-megapixel camera.

A plenty of reports about Apple's upcoming 5.5-inch "phablet" iPhone 6 have being leaked so far, we have got some of the side by side images of the upcoming model.

Jumping Sumo is priced $159 coming in three colors white, brown and black. Rolling Spider will come in white, red or blue.

According to Renee James President of Intel says "it's cool, it's lighter, it's quiet, it's thinner, and the most energy efficient processor in the history of Intel's.

The chip capabilities - ultra-thin laptop-tablet hybrid, shows a fan-less mobile an PC reference design, comes with 12.5-inch screen which measures 7.2mm in thickness and 670 grams in weighs.
